This website and its Services are not consumer-facing and are intended solely for B2B communication, information delivery, and call scheduling. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4.5 Consumer Prospect Data — Post-Delivery Responsibility

QuotaBoost facilitates the delivery of consumer prospect information originating from the QuoteBooster platform, which operates under its own separate privacy policy, to licensed insurance professionals for the purpose of contacting consumers regarding insurance products and services. Upon delivery, Users assume sole responsibility for all conduct in connection with those prospects. Kingsbridge Capital LLC does not collect or process consumer personal data through this platform and does not control, supervise, or monitor how Users contact or communicate with consumers after prospect delivery. Kingsbridge Capital LLC bears no responsibility for any consumer complaint, regulatory inquiry, or legal action arising from a User's post-delivery conduct.

We use cookies and similar technologies to support core website functionality, analytics and performance, and security. Users may disable cookies, though some features may not function properly.

Data Retention

We retain business information only as long as needed for active partnerships, operational requirements, and regulatory compliance. Data is securely deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

Transactional messages — including appointment confirmations, scheduling reminders, and booking-related follow-ups — will continue to be sent as they are necessary to fulfill the requested service. These are not marketing communications and are not subject to the promotional opt-out.

8.2 California Business User Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not process consumer data. California business contacts may request access to information we maintain, correction of inaccurate data, and deletion of data where permitted. We do not sell or share business contact information collected through QuotaBoost under California law.

8.3 GDPR Rights (EU/EEA Business Contacts)

Our Services are intended primarily for U.S. business users. However, EU/EEA business users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and data portability. Requests will be honored where GDPR applies.

8.4 Do-Not-Call Compliance

We honor the National Do-Not-Call Registry and maintain an internal DNC list. Business users who wish to be removed from call outreach may submit a request to [email protected]. DNC requests are processed within 10 business days.

No Consumer Data Processing

This website does not collect or process consumer personal data. Consumer data collected through separate prospect generation platforms operated by Kingsbridge Capital LLC is governed by separate privacy policies applicable to those platforms.
